Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
If the item arrives damaged you the customer must contact the artist within 48 hours with an emailed picture of damaged product. This must be done first in order to return or exchange any products.  
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for the following items:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
